AI agents and software, built in Toronto.

We build AI agents and wire them into the systems your team already runs. We also build the custom software, apps, websites and SaaS around them.

01 / DemosDemo screens · sample data

Demos, not slide decks.

Each tile replays an AI agent at work inside the system it serves, on sample data. Pick the one closest to your business and press play.

Delivery ops01

Seven agents run a delivery station

Built for an Amazon delivery service partner. Dispatch, routes, onboarding, scorecards, fleet, payroll and incidents each have an agent, and the station manager approves anything that sends, spends or changes a record.

Car dealership02

One desk for stock, leads and deals

A dealer system with the lot, the leads and the deal desk on one screen. The agent matches a web lead to a car in stock, drafts the reply for a salesperson to send, books the test drive and works out the monthly payment.

Medical clinic03

Booking that fills its own gaps

Patients move appointments by text. The booking agent offers open times, updates the calendar and offers a freed slot to the next person on the wait list.

Commercial real estate04

A listing agent for a brokerage

It reads the broker’s brief, pulls comparable listings, pins the property on a map, writes the listing and builds the website card. Nothing goes live until the broker presses Publish.

Logistics05

A freight agent that tracks and quotes

It answers “where is my shipment?” with the live ETA, catches a truck held at customs for a missing invoice, gets the invoice from the shipper and prices a new Toronto to Vancouver lane.

Xiaohongshu publishing06

Xiaohongshu notes, from calendar to live

The agent writes a bakery's note and cover from its bake schedule and replaces a superlative the advertising law bans before anyone sees it. A manager approves the note, and it goes out at 7:30 pm as scheduled.

YouTube publishing07

From raw recording to scheduled upload

A 38-minute workshop recording comes in. The agent cuts 125 pauses and filler words, adds 5 chapters, English and Chinese captions, a title and 3 thumbnails. The owner picks a thumbnail and approves, and the video goes out Thursday at 6 pm.

SEO, AEO, GEO08

From draft to cited in AI answers

The agent audits a contractor's article and fixes five failures: title, answer-first lead, FAQ schema, cost table, author and date. An editor publishes it. Two weeks on it ranks 6th, up from 18th, and 3 of 5 AI answers cite it.

Web data collection09

A broken parser caught, fixed and rerun

Four crawl jobs run on schedule within rate limits and robots.txt. When a marketplace changes its page layout, the agent catches the empty fields, tests new selectors on 20 rows and, once an engineer approves, reruns, dedupes and exports the batch.

02 / SystemsBusiness systems · sample data

Systems your staff work in all day.

Production lines, client files, class bookings, loans, payments, stock and parking. Each tile replays a system of the kind we design and build, on sample data.

Vehicle production01

A shortage fixed before the line stops

Built for Bombardier vehicle production. The agent watches every station on the line; when Wiring runs short of harness kits, it checks line-side, warehouse and supplier stock and drafts a transfer the supervisor approves.

Real estate CRM02

A late-night inquiry becomes a Saturday showing

A buyer asks about a Markham condo at 9:12 pm. The agent checks budget, pre-approval and timeline, matches three similar listings and drafts a reply with two open slots. The realtor approves it and Saturday's showing is booked.

Tutoring centre LMS03

Bookings, attendance, credits and top-ups

A parent books the last seat and the teacher takes attendance. Credits come off each balance by the centre's policy, with approved leave not charged. A student down to 2 credits gets a top-up notice once the front desk approves it.

Loan collections04

A late loan, back on a plan

The agent reads the borrower's payment history, call notes and covenants, then drafts a reminder and a two-part catch-up plan. A collections officer approves it, the borrower accepts in the portal, and the ledger and buckets update.

Payment channels05

Five payment channels, one router, a clean close

When an acquirer's approvals fall on issuer timeouts, the router moves its card traffic to the other acquirer and approvals recover. At day end it matches every settlement record, finds a double capture and refunds it once the ops lead approves.

Fitness studio06

Cancelled spots refilled from the waitlist

Built for ReformFit. A member cancels in the app; the system texts the spot to waitlist #1, books her when she replies YES and takes one class from her pack. Freeze requests are approved from the same screen.

Renovation management07

One schedule for the contractor and the homeowner

Site photos and a passed electrical inspection close a phase. The homeowner signs a $2,090.50 change order, the schedule moves a day, and the next milestone invoice is ready to send.

Retail inventory08

Stock and purchasing across stores and a DC

Built for Toys"R"Us. When store sales push an item under its reorder point, the system forecasts the holiday weeks and drafts a DC transfer and a supplier PO. The buyer approves, the DC scans the delivery in, and stock updates everywhere.

Parking enforcement09

Visitor passes and tow calls for condo lots

HangTag: a resident books a 24-hour visitor pass and gets a digital hang tag. Patrol plate scans are checked against active permits; a car without one gets a warning, a 15-minute grace period, then a tow request the manager approves.

Most work starts with one workflow, such as after-hours inquiries or quote follow-up, so you can judge the result before adding more.

03 / AgentsOne station · seven agents

Seven agents. One delivery station.

A delivery station makes hundreds of small calls before the vans roll out. For an Amazon delivery service partner we split that work across seven agents, each with one job, and gave the manager one screen to approve what matters.

  1. A

    Dispatch

Matches drivers to routes each morning and flags a no-show before roll call ends.

  2. B

    Routes

Balances the route loads and suggests a rescue when a driver falls behind.

  3. C

    Onboarding

Chases new drivers for missing documents and books their ride-alongs.

  4. D

    Scorecard

Reads the weekly scorecard and drafts a coaching note for each driver.

  5. E

    Fleet

Tracks van inspections and books repairs before a van has to come off the road.

  6. F

    Payroll

Checks hours against routes and flags the gaps before payroll closes.

  7. G

    Incidents

Logs complaints and damage reports and drafts the reply for the manager to send.

  8. Manager

Every agent posts what it did. Anything that sends, spends or changes a record waits for a person.

04 / ApproachHow a build runs

Software that fits the way you work.

We start from the job your team does today, not from a product we want to sell. The agent or system moves into your tools, and a person stays in charge of what goes out.

A

Inside your systems

Agents read and write in the CRM, inbox, calendar and spreadsheets you already use, so nobody has to learn a new tool to get the benefit.

B

A person approves

Anything that sends, spends or changes a record waits for a person to approve it, until you decide a step can run on its own.

C

Your accounts, your data

Where we can, data stays in systems and accounts you own. The paid business APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google do not train on API inputs by default, and we check the current terms before we build.

  1. 01Map one workflowWe sit with the people who do the work and write down every step, system and exception.
  2. 02Build on your examplesThe build is tested on real messages, documents and past cases before anyone relies on it.
  3. 03Launch with approvalsIt goes live with a person approving each outbound step.
  4. 04Measure and tuneWe track what it handled and what it passed to staff, and adjust it with the people who use it.

What we build.

  1. 01

    AI agent development

Agents that take one repeated job off the team: inquiries, documents, bookings, follow-ups, daily checks.

  2. 02

    Agent integration

Agents wired into your CRM, ERP, inbox, phone and calendar, with a log of what they did and approvals where they matter.

  3. 03

    Custom software

Internal systems built around how your team works: dealer desks, dispatch boards, booking and back-office tools.

  4. 04

    Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for your customers, or for your crew out in the field.

  5. 05

    Websites

Fast, bilingual websites that rank in Google and that AI assistants can read and quote.

  6. 06

    SaaS platforms

Products with accounts, roles, billing and an admin console, from the first version onward.

  7. 07

    SEO, AEO and GEO

Pages that rank in Google, answer the question in the first paragraph, and get quoted when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers.

  8. 08

    Crawlers and data feeds

Scheduled collectors for listings, prices and public records, with rate limits, an alert when a source changes its pages, and clean exports to your database or sheets.
