Marketing automation agents for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, YouTube and your website

Marketing automation agents run the content pipeline for an enterprise marketing team: from sources you pick, they draft original posts in your brand's voice for Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, YouTube and your website, in each channel's language. Every draft is scored against platform rules, and nothing publishes until a person approves it; on Xiaohongshu a person presses publish. The same agents capture leads, run follow-up, update your CRM and report which posts produced leads.

Deliverables

What you get

  • 01

    Source watchlist

The competitor and creator accounts, URLs and videos you choose to follow, collected on a schedule so the pipeline always has current topics. Sources supply the topic and angle; the post itself is written new.

  • 02

    Brand voice and platform rules

A written brand voice, rules for each platform on length, format, hashtags and tone, and a list of risk words your posts must avoid. Your team can edit all of it without us.

  • 03

    Drafts in each channel's language

Posts written the way each platform reads, in its audience's language, for example Simplified Chinese on Xiaohongshu and English on Instagram and YouTube. Each draft is written in its target language, not translated line by line from another post.

  • 04

    Scoring before review

Every draft is scored against the platform rules and the risk-word list, and anything that fails is flagged for the reviewer with the reason.

  • 05

    Approval and publishing

A person approves every post before it goes out. On Xiaohongshu a person presses publish and the AI-content declaration is always ticked; on Instagram, YouTube and the website, approved posts are scheduled and published by the pipeline.

  • 06

    Lead follow-up and reporting

Lead capture from forms and messages, follow-up sequences, CRM updates, and a report that ties each lead back to the post or video it came from.

How it runs

The steps, in order

  1. 1

    Write the rules

With the people who sign off on marketing today, we write down the brand voice, the channels and languages, the risk words, and who approves what.

  2. 2

    Pick sources and test drafts

You choose the accounts and URLs to watch. The pipeline produces a trial batch of drafts, your team compares them with what it would have posted, and we adjust voice and rules until the reviewers are comfortable.

  3. 3

    Connect channels and CRM

We connect the publishing accounts and your CRM, set up lead capture and tracking links, and route every draft into an approval queue.

  4. 4

    Run and report

The pipeline runs on a schedule. We review what was published and which posts produced leads, then tune the sources, rules and prompts.

Office and party catering requests come by email and the website form, often during the dinner rush, and wait until the next day. The owner writes Xiaohongshu and Instagram posts after closing, so weeks go by without one.

  • Answer catering questions from the catering menu, minimum order and delivery area, and collect headcount, dietary needs and delivery time.
  • Draft a quote from the catering menu for the manager to approve before it reaches the customer.
  • Turn kitchen photos and a line from the chef into Xiaohongshu and Instagram drafts, checked against each platform's restricted words.
  • Publish the Instagram posts once the owner approves them, leave the Xiaohongshu ones ready for the owner to publish, and report which posts led to catering inquiries.

FAQ

Marketing automation agents: common questions

Is the content copied from the accounts you watch?

No. The sources show the agent which topics and formats are getting attention; the posts are written new, in your voice. A reviewer reads every draft before it goes out, which is the point where anything too close to a source gets caught.

Why does a person have to approve every post?

A published post speaks for your company, and a model can misstate a fact or use a word a platform penalizes. Scoring catches a lot of this and a reviewer catches the rest. Reviewing a draft is still far quicker than writing one.

How do you handle Xiaohongshu's rules on AI content?

Xiaohongshu asks creators to declare AI-generated content, so the declaration is always ticked on posts the pipeline drafts. Publishing there is done by a person pressing publish, not by automation. Drafts are also checked against a risk-word list kept for that platform.

Which languages can the posts be in?

Each channel gets the language its audience reads. Simplified Chinese on Xiaohongshu with English on Instagram, YouTube and the website is one example, and any channel can be set differently. Drafts are written in the target language from the start, not translated from another post.

How do we know whether it produces leads?

Links and forms carry tracking that ties each lead to the post or video it came from, and the lead lands in your CRM with that source attached. The report shows which topics and channels produced leads, not only views and likes.

What does it cost?

Cost depends on the number of channels and languages, how many sources are watched, how many posts go out each week, and whether lead follow-up and CRM work are included. AI model usage is a running cost that grows with volume. We quote once the channels and the approval flow are defined.
