AI agents for mortgage brokers, lenders and insurance brokers

We build intake agents that answer a borrower's first questions in the wording your compliance rules allow, collect the pre-qualification details and chase every missing document. Your licensed people pick up files that are complete and give the advice themselves. We also write compliance-reviewed pages that answer the questions borrowers search for.

The problem

Where time and leads slip away today

  • 01

The inquiry comes in on Sunday

A buyer fills in your form after an open house on Sunday afternoon. By the time someone calls back on Monday, they have already spoken to their bank.

  • 02

    Document chasing fills the week

Pay stubs, notices of assessment or tax returns, bank statements, a void cheque, the purchase agreement. An assistant emails for each item, checks what came back and finds the wrong tax year attached.

  • 03

Status calls about things the file already says

Has the lender approved us? Is the appraisal booked? Each call means someone opens the file to read out a milestone that is already recorded.

  • 04

    Content that never clears review

You know the questions borrowers ask, but every post needs compliance sign-off, so little gets published. When a borrower asks an AI assistant, the answer quotes a bank or a comparison site instead of you.

The solution

What we build for you

  • Intake and pre-qualification agent

Asks the questions on your intake checklist: purchase or refinance, income type, down payment, timeline, property type. It writes a summary to your CRM and books a call with a licensed agent. It uses only wording your compliance team approved and hands off anything that would count as advice.

  • Document collection

Sends each client the list of what is still missing, checks that each upload is the right document for the right year, and files it where your team keeps files. Reminders go out on the schedule the file owner sets. When something looks off, it flags it for a person rather than deciding.

  • Status updates from your own records

Answers where-is-my-file questions from the milestones your team marks in the CRM or loan origination system. It reports only what has been recorded and never predicts a lender's decision.

  • Answer content your compliance team signs off

We draft pages and posts from the questions that fill your inbox, put them in a review queue for compliance and publish only what is approved. Pages carry FAQ structured data, and we track which AI answers start citing you.

  • Staff training and an AI usage policy

A written policy on which AI tools are allowed and what client information may go into them, then hands-on sessions where your staff use AI on their own files under that policy.

Example scenario

An intake agent that collects documents before the first call

A mortgage brokerage in South Florida

Less time to a complete document file
3 days
Less time to a complete document file
Fewer status calls to the office
35%
Fewer status calls to the office

Each file needs pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements and the purchase contract, and an assistant chases them by email one at a time. Borrowers also call to ask where their file stands, and someone opens the file to read out what it already says.

  • Ask the questions on the brokerage's intake checklist, in wording its compliance officer approved, and book a call with a licensed loan officer.
  • Send each borrower a list of what is missing, check that every upload is the right document for the right tax year, and file it in the document portal.
  • Send reminders on the schedule the file owner sets, and flag anything unclear to a person.
  • Answer status questions only from the milestones staff mark in the CRM.

FAQ

Financial services: common questions

Who decides what the agent is allowed to say?

Your compliance rules. We write them into the agent's instructions along with a list of topics it must hand off, and your compliance officer reviews the wording before anything goes live. Advice, product recommendations and anything about a particular client's rate belong to a licensed person.

Where do client documents go?

Into the document storage or portal you already use, filed the way your team files them. The agent works through the permissions you give it and logs every action. We choose the model provider with you and go through its data terms before any client data flows.

Will it work with our CRM and loan origination system?

If the system has an API or accepts email, usually yes. Some systems only allow reading, and then the agent drafts updates for a person to enter. We check what yours allows in the first meeting, before any work starts.

Does this work for insurance and loan brokers too?

Yes. The intake questions and the document list change, and the handoff rules follow whatever your licence and compliance policy require. The split stays the same: the agent collects and checks, a licensed person advises.

What happens if it gets something wrong?

At the start, a person approves every message before it sends, so mistakes are caught before a client sees them. Every action is logged, and when we find a wrong answer we fix the instruction or the source behind it. Automatic sending is turned on only for message types that have held up in review.
