AI enrollment agents for tutoring centres and private schools

We build an enrollment agent that answers parents' questions about classes, fees and trial lessons on your website, email and WeChat, and books the trial into your timetable the same evening they ask. Course pages and Xiaohongshu posts in English and Chinese answer what parents search for before they contact anyone, and messages about absences and make-up classes stop living on teachers' personal phones.

The problem

Where time and leads slip away today

  • 01

    Trial-class questions arrive after hours

A parent asks on WeChat after dinner whether there is a trial class for grade nine math this week. The front desk sees it the next afternoon, and the centre that answered first already has the booking.

  • 02

Staff answer the same questions all term

Class size, schedule, fees, the make-up policy, whether a student can join mid-term. The answers are in your timetable and fee sheet, and the front desk types them out again every day.

  • 03

Parent messages live on teachers' phones

Absences, schedule changes and progress questions go to whichever teacher the parent has on WeChat. When that teacher leaves, the history leaves with them.

  • 04

    Course pages that answer nothing

A page with a slogan and a phone number gives parents nothing to compare. It gives search engines and AI assistants nothing to quote either.

The solution

What we build for you

  • Enrollment and trial-class agent

Answers from your timetable, fee sheet and trial policy on website chat, email and a WeChat Official Account or WeCom. It asks the child's grade, subject and available days, offers open trial slots, and puts the booking in your enrollment system or spreadsheet with a reminder the day before.

  • Parent messages in one place

Absence notices, make-up requests and schedule questions go to one shared channel that the agent sorts and answers from your policies. Progress notes are drafted from the teacher's own notes, and the teacher approves each one before a parent sees it.

  • Course pages parents can compare

One page per course with the grade, format, class size, schedule, fee and how the trial works, in English and Chinese. Pages carry Course and FAQ structured data so search engines and AI answers can quote them.

  • Bilingual posts for Xiaohongshu and Instagram

The pipeline writes posts in your school's voice for each platform, in Chinese for Xiaohongshu and English for Instagram. Drafts are checked for risk words, such as promises of guaranteed admission, before a person approves them. The report shows which posts brought trial bookings.

  • AI training for teachers

Hands-on sessions where teachers use AI for worksheets and report comments on their own material, plus a written policy on what student information may go into an AI tool.

More trial classes booked

Parents ask about trial classes on WeChat and the website form in the evening, after the front desk has gone home. Replies go out the next afternoon, and by then some parents have booked a trial elsewhere.

  • Answer in English or Chinese from the centre's timetable, fee sheet and trial policy, through website chat and a WeCom account.
  • Ask the child's grade, subject and available days, then offer open trial slots from the class schedule.
  • Record each booking in the enrollment spreadsheet and send the parent a reminder the day before.
  • Pass questions about placement, refunds or a particular teacher to the centre's director.

FAQ

Education: common questions

Can it answer parents on WeChat?

Yes, through a WeChat Official Account or WeCom, which both allow automated replies. A personal WeChat account does not, so there the agent drafts the reply and a staff member sends it.

Will it work with our timetable and enrollment system?

If your schedule lives in a class management platform with an API, a Google Sheet or an Excel file on a shared drive, the agent can read open slots and write bookings. We look at what you use before we start and tell you what the agent can and cannot reach.

What does it say when it does not know the answer?

It tells the parent a staff member will reply and passes the question on with the conversation attached. Questions about placement, refunds or which teacher a child will get always go to a person.

Who can see student and parent information?

Your staff and the systems you already use. The agent reads only the fields it needs to answer and book, and every action is logged. We agree with you on which model provider handles the data and review its terms together before launch.

Can it write in Chinese as well as English?

Yes, in Simplified or Traditional Chinese depending on your families. Each language is written for its readers rather than translated line by line, and a staff member who reads that language approves new standard messages before they go out.
