AI reminder and booking agents for pharmacies

We build an agent that sends pickup and refill reminders from your pharmacy system, books vaccines and clinic services, and answers hours and stock questions in the customer's own language, which takes those calls off the counter. It gives no medical advice: anything about a medication, a dose or a symptom goes to a pharmacist.

The problem

Where time and leads slip away today

  • 01

    The pickup shelf keeps filling

Filled prescriptions wait for days, and a technician calls customers one at a time between other work. The ones nobody reaches go back to stock.

  • 02

Simple questions pull staff from the counter

Are you open on the holiday Monday? Do you have the children's fever medicine in stock? Each call takes a technician or the pharmacist away from dispensing.

  • 03

    Vaccine season booking by phone

When flu shots start, bookings come by phone and walk-in, and the line at the counter grows. Screening questions get asked in a hurry.

  • 04

Customers who would rather not use English

A customer asks in Mandarin or Punjabi whether a product is in stock, and the staff member who speaks it is not on shift.

The solution

What we build for you

  • Pickup and refill reminders

Reads the ready and refill-due lists from your pharmacy management system and sends reminders by text or email in each customer's preferred language. Messages say a prescription is ready without naming the drug, unless you decide otherwise. A reply asking for a refill becomes a request in the pharmacist's queue.

  • Vaccine and clinic-service booking

A booking page and chat for flu shots, travel vaccines and the other services your pharmacists offer, with the screening questions they wrote. Bookings land in your calendar, and a pharmacist reviews the screening answers before the appointment.

  • Stock and hours questions

Checks your POS or inventory for the product and says whether it is on the shelf or can be ordered. Whether a product suits someone is a question for the pharmacist, and the agent says so.

  • Local search in your customers' languages

A Google Business Profile with current hours, services and languages spoken, and pages that answer questions such as which pharmacy nearby speaks Cantonese or offers travel vaccines. Pharmacy structured data helps search engines and AI assistants read them.

Filled prescriptions wait on the pickup shelf for days while technicians call customers one at a time. In flu season, vaccine bookings come by phone and walk-in, and many customers would rather speak Cantonese or Mandarin.

  • Send pickup and refill reminders from the pharmacy system's ready list, without drug names, in each customer's preferred language.
  • Turn refill replies into requests in the pharmacist's queue.
  • Take vaccine bookings through a web page and chat, using screening questions the pharmacists wrote.
  • Route every question about a medication, dose or symptom to a pharmacist.

FAQ

Pharmacies: common questions

Will the agent answer questions about medications?

No. It handles hours, stock, reminders and bookings. Anything about a medication, a dose, an interaction or a symptom goes to a pharmacist, and the agent tells the customer who will reply.

Does it work with our pharmacy management system and POS?

It depends on what your vendor allows. Where there is an API or a scheduled export, the agent reads ready lists and stock from it. Where there is neither, we look at the reports you can run and tell you what the agent can realistically do.

What goes into a reminder message?

As little as possible: your pharmacy's name, that something is ready or due, and how to reply. Drug names stay out unless you decide otherwise, and customers who do not want messages come off the list.

Which languages can it handle?

The models we build on read and write the languages your customers are likely to use, including Chinese, Punjabi, Tamil and Spanish. A staff member who reads each language checks the standard messages before they go out.

Can a pharmacist take over?

Yes. Every conversation is visible to staff, and a pharmacist or technician can reply at any point. Clinical questions are routed to them automatically.
