AI lead and service agents for car dealerships

We build a lead agent that answers every inquiry from listing sites and your website within minutes, checks the car against live inventory and books the test drive or trade-in appraisal. On the service side, it sends reminders and follow-ups based on each customer's own service history. Your salespeople still handle price and financing.

The problem

Where time and leads slip away today

  • 01

The first dealer to reply gets the visit

Leads land at night and on busy Saturdays, when salespeople are with customers on the lot. A shopper who sent inquiries to several dealers books with whoever answers first.

  • 02

    Is it still available?

It is the usual first message, and the answer lives in the DMS or the inventory feed, not in anyone's head. When a sold car still shows online, the customer drives in for nothing.

  • 03

    Trade-in questions stall the deal

The shopper wants a number for their trade. The salesperson needs the year, trim, mileage and photos first, and the back-and-forth takes a day.

  • 04

    Service customers drift away

Reminders go out late or read like a form letter, and the brake pads an advisor flagged last visit never get a follow-up. The customer books the next oil change at a quick-lube shop.

The solution

What we build for you

  • Lead response agent

Reads leads from listing sites, your website forms and chat as they reach your CRM, including ADF lead emails. It confirms availability against the live inventory feed, answers from the vehicle's listing, asks for trade-in details and writes everything back to the CRM.

  • Test drive and appraisal booking

Offers times from the sales calendar, sends a reminder on the day and tells the porter which stock number to pull. Price, trade value and financing questions go to a salesperson or the finance office with the conversation attached.

  • Service reminders and follow-ups

Uses the service history in your DMS to remind customers when maintenance is due and to follow up on work they declined. Replies become booking requests in the service scheduler for an advisor to confirm.

  • Inventory pages and local search

Vehicle pages with the details in text and structured data, a Google Business Profile that stays current, and answer-first pages for the questions shoppers put to an AI assistant before they visit.

  • New-arrival posts

Photos of new stock become Instagram and YouTube posts, and Xiaohongshu posts for Chinese-speaking buyers. Each is drafted in the dealership's voice and goes out after a manager approves it; on Xiaohongshu a person presses publish.

Many leads from listing sites arrive in the evening and on weekends, when salespeople are with walk-in customers or off the lot. The first message is usually some form of “Is it still available?”, and a few cars shown online have already sold.

  • Read leads from listing sites and the website as they arrive in the CRM.
  • Check each vehicle against the live inventory feed before confirming it is available.
  • Ask for the trade-in's year, model and mileage, and offer test-drive times from the sales calendar with a reminder on the day.
  • Pass price, financing and trade-value questions to a salesperson with the conversation attached.

FAQ

Auto dealers: common questions

Will it work with our DMS and CRM?

Most dealer CRMs accept leads by email or API, and that is where the agent reads and writes. DMS access varies by vendor: some allow an inventory and service-history export, others an API. We check yours before we start and tell you what the agent can reach.

Will it quote prices or make deals?

It shares the advertised price on the listing and nothing more. Out-the-door figures, trade values, financing terms and discounts go to a salesperson or the finance manager.

What if a car has sold but still shows online?

The agent checks the inventory feed before it confirms a car is available. If the feed has not caught up, it tells the shopper it will confirm and alerts a salesperson instead of promising the car.

Can a salesperson take over a conversation?

Yes, at any point. The whole thread sits in your CRM, and once a salesperson replies, the agent steps back from that lead.

How long before it is live?

We start with one lead source and your website, with a manager approving replies until the answers hold up. How long that takes depends mostly on how quickly we get access to your CRM and inventory feed.
